Dozens Of "Alien" UFO Reports In 2016 Submitted To MUFON

One could say that many think of California as the lunatic fringe of America... and when I searched MUFON for reports submitted during the calendar year 2016 that involved "entities" as marked by the submitter of the report - California came up with 34 results...many many with pictures. I hope to capture a bit of the outright tom foolery and more (perhaps something even worthwhile) - with a brief review of as many of the reports as makes sense...follow the links for the MUFON direct info and probably more than my quick take. 34 reports of aliens and never a capture....or will there be?

From 10 pm to about 6 am,August 19 the to August 20 the there was a lot of different kind's of activities from human like entities disappearing into the ocean,orbs the size of a basketball glowing green coming out of the ocean!

Gorgeous Dawn Orb Photos From Mammoth Lakes On September 12 (Latest MUFON Reports)

Hello California - have one of the more beautiful near ground level Orb pictures for you - and a very very rare (supposedly) tail seen and photographed too. Wow.

My friend and I headed to Wild Willy's Hot Spring just outside Mammoth Lakes at 5:30 am before the sunrise. Shortly after arriving, at about 5:45 am, he said he saw a strange shooting star to the west. I looked but did not see anything at that time. About 10 to 15 minutes later, I saw a sphere or disc of light as bright as the moon appear about 20 degrees above the horizon to the West. Although I first thought it was a searchlight of some aircraft, it was clearly too large to belong to any aircraft. There was no sound at all. A trail formed to the left of the object, and it ascended and appeared to head directly toward us, increasing in size. It started to descend, having formed a noticeable arc, then the light started to dim, and disappeared altogether. I grabbed my cell phone and shot two photos of it, the latter photo included the moon to the upper left of the object for comparison. 
You can see the trail and it shows that the object arched upwards and then descended, bearing the trail above it as it came toward us.

Also, I found at least one other MUFON report within the same 15 minute period - also with a similar picture - but, now at MUFON NONE of the above are searchable or the one from San Jose that was also similar. Strange. All that said, with ONLY pictures, these could be RCs simply being used in multiple locations to get this result.

A New Wow Orb Video From Torrance On 8/15 (Latest MUFON Reports)

Once again California has yielded an over the top Light in the sky recording..... it certainly seems like it could be an RC .... but, could one be so silent and go so far? Does it `turn back' in the final moments? Why doesn't the submitter talk about the conclusion of his experience..... did the light simply go out or go on?

Anyway... here's the MUFON report link to what you see below:

well, 

My wife, daughter and I were on our way home from getting ice cream at our neighborhood Foster Freeze. When we appeared a block away from our house on our street, we all noticed a medium sized object--perhaps the size of a school bus or larger from 200-300 meter away, floating in the North West sky of Torrance. At first glance we thought it was an object being towed by a small single engine plane; one similar to that of a plane towing a sign behind it along the coast of a beach. However, this object was not being towed, as this plane of reference previously mentioned flew East leaving behind the glowing object. The best way to describe the physical attributes of the object would be to say it was most certainly a circle shape. It seamed so close that I kept doubting my judgement of what it could possibly be; something that looked like it was on fire, but defied all logic there of. How could something just be floating along at a leisurely pace, be illuminated by such a orange-yellow glow, and make no sound at all? I mean this didn't just glow--the center of the circle was more of a solid color--the outer which I would estimate to be 30-40% of total light emitted was such a faded fuzzy burning glow, that I couldn't even match it with something in my brain for reference. Looking back, perhaps staring at a candle in a dark room for a minute would produce the same effect. 

After five seconds of initially speculating aloud with my family of what it could be, I pulled out my I Phone 4s, and managed to get about 1:10 video of the object. Its path was linear for the most part, unaltered, only slightly deviating from it's observable course when passing behind a large tree. Upon the continued path following the tree, it continued on its destination East bound for approximately fifteen seconds before it began to flicker. The best way I can describe it is if the direct current of a battery were lifted and reapplied to complete the circuit of a flashlight at intervals of approximately .5 seconds, for approximately three seconds. Following this flicker, all lights were out, and only a small black figure of where the object was could be seen disappearing into the night. 

The story is not over, as approximately thirty seconds after this happened, my family and I all noticed another bright light coming from the South East. This light was different however. The object did not seem like it was on fire, floating like a balloon, bouncing along its path. It most certainly was a fighter jet. Its most distinct characteristics was its triangle shaped frame with small indents along the inside rear wings which gives our fighter jets such a noticeable style. This fighter jets light was white. Bright white. Something totally opposite of what we just saw. This appears as if it were out of a movie, and still has me guessing what we just witnessed. The fighter jet flying at such a LOW altitude, coming from the direction of where this object just vanished from, and just thirty seconds after witnessing the fireball object is all just too coincidental. 

To coincide with my more scientific thought patterns, I immediately ruled this as a balloon of some sort, but then I began to think of a drone. However, neither of these were logical due to the fact of this object glowing and appearing to be on fire. Lets think. What could produce light, but not shine it or direct it? Why when is it that when my family and I were staring at it, not one of us could make out its exact shape. The glow of yellow/orange had us mesmerized. A drone is most certainly out of the picture. Of course their range is remarkable, however this object let me remind you was huge. There is no way a drone could fly/hover the way this did and emit such a captivating aura of light. 

We have this all on video, from our original sight of it in the North West sky, to it flying all the way and eventually disappearing into the East sky. Coupled with the fighter jet not even one minute after our sighting, we are in no way to be convinced otherwise that what we saw tonight was not a UFO. 

A side note: The attached video, in no way gives absolute justice to what occurred. The focal range of the I Phone is so low to begin with the object appears to be far away (reference to a 2.8-12mm CCTV lens to that of a motion picture camera). Let me assure you, this object was large and in charge. As previously mentioned I would describe it as the size of a school bus in diameter from a distance of about 200-300 meters.

it was weird.. there is no airport right there, i have seen similar slow moving lights on a cessna over head around here but these were amazingly bright amber, they had the landing pattern of very large 747's then fade away then another above it then fade away. again NO AIRPORT. i'm not saying alien but definitely unidentified

... I happened to see a bright whitish orange-yellow light ascending up over the trees in the southeast sky which seemed to come toward me like a plane's head light (which is what I assumed it was), but then it just stopped and hovered where it was at. It seemed as if we're possibly 3-5 miles away, maybe less. ....I then stood on the front walkway on the third floor of my building looking southeast and just watched it sit there for another 10 minutes hovering. During the time that the light was present, several helicopters were in the sky heading towards it. One of the helicopters had a search light, but the light was swirling around skyward instead of toward the ground as they do when conducting a typical search. I watched in amazement thinking there had to be a logical explanation and that it would eventually end up being a common object that I would be able to recognize, but it remained stationary. Then it was as if someone just turned out the light. It seemed as if it was still there after the light went out. Upon examining my pictures, I noticed the light seemed to have a distinctive circular shape with almost a separate round spot in the center that stayed consistent in each picture whether it was a zoom shot or a regular one. Today, I google to see if anyone else had reported anything similar and a gentleman from Temecula,CA videotaped the very same thing last night as well.

One of the most amazing UFO videos I've seen in the past 7 years - very reminiscent of what was seen in Toronto in 2011 immediately prior to the Jerusalem Orb in late Jan. 2011. The Report

I was driving with my girlfriend to her house in r.s.m. I saw a big glowing light over a hilltop in the distance ahead of us. Brighter than any light possible. We drove around the hill to get a closer look. It seemed to have moved further out in the distance. We pulled over next to the road where we saw 5 other people watching the same thing. (As we were standing there people kept driving up to see the same thing). There seemed to be a little bit of a green light coming of the top of it. It seemed to be saucer shaped with antenna or something coming off the top to emit the green light. When we pulled up a second one appeared a little higher just to the left of it. The UFOs were glowing extremely bright and slowly pulsating in brightness. We watched for about 20 minutes as both would randomly go dark and reappear and pulsate. Decided to give up and drive home after both went dark and were no longer visible. As we got to my house atop a big hill we looked out in the distance towards the beach and could see 2 extremely large mother ships. It couldn't have been anything else because they had very bright white lights on the side of them in a row. One had 5 white lights and a little green one on the end just below the far right white light. The spot where we saw the UFOs was just over the hill in the Cleveland national forest area just east of Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Can pinpoint on map if needed to.

Huge Number Of Daytime Orbs (Pictures) - Wittier - 3/21/14 (Latest MUFON Reports)

The day before I saw a cluster of orbs above the parking lot in uptown WHittier, CA. I sent in report #54826. I returned the next day and they had returned in numbers. Also noticed shape changing, white orbs to grey orbs to odd shapes. Even the birds toyed with them. I tried to record, but failed to hit the proper buttons. I still took around 30++ pix. Some very dramatic. I am attaching 5. They are small. So you have to search for them. GA

My only wonder about this articulate and honest sounding report is if the person looked through binoculars and saw how `anomalous' looking this was - why not more pictures? (Perhaps there are of course.)

Nov. 22, 2013 7:15pm overlooking the Queen Mary and Grissom island in Long Beach, CA Sorry I got scared and turned off the camera! My sister and I were watching tv when we saw these lights coming over the Palos Verdes Penninsula and flying over Grissom Island and the Queen Mary . We thought planes/helicopters but they were flying too close and too many. Chinese balloons with candles? We dont know and this has been bothering us. Any ideas? ....I saw a triple red light something far away up in the sky to the east. Over 20 seconds it grew huge. The size of a large house maybe by the time it was directly overhead. It looked like it was made of poured concrete, but made of gunmetal. It was an isosceles triangle wedge. Very thick. Very sharp corners. The 3 red lights on the corners were large but didnt blink. There was a large white light in the center, in a depressed circular pit-like region. It was like a search-light; very bright. But it blinked like an aircraft light would. There were no windows. There were no aircraft like parts. There were no landing gears or anything like that. It was like a huge metal wedge cut out of a mountain or a pyramid or something. It was flying a natural aircraft arc. No crazy ufo flying. Right when it was directly overhead, it seemed to change shape for an instant into a giant borg cube looking thing. I know it didnt actually change shape. it felt like my mind was trying to make sense of something it couldnt properly interpret. Now I dont actually believe in UFOs! I think they are actually precognitive sentient phenomenon. But this sucker looked like a part of a mountain was ripped out and that it flew over my house to mess with my theory! (possibly projection on my part). Right when it flew overhead, it was suddenly gone. i dont know if it flew out of sight or it just dissipated. Im ex military; ex nuclear engine room supervisor. Not rattled easily.

Again, this is the `motif' for close-up UFO sightings in the 2010's - as the `UFO' gets closer it enlarges (btw, huge means different things to different observers), changes and vanishes or goes out of perception range (to be seen by NO ONE else, nearly ever). Three BRILLIANT Orbs Photographed From Commercial Flight 11/25/13 - MUFON Report

My cousin was on Air Canada flight #799 from Toronto to LAX on Monday Nov 25, 2013 and approx 40-45 minutes out from LAX (right before descent/approach into LAX) over the desert and mountains areas she glanced out her window and observed 3 incredibly bright orbs. She managed to get 3 pictures with a small digital camera. These lights were so bright that she had a difficult time even looking to take the photos as she felt they could trigger a migraine.  It's difficult to determine if they are airborne on hovering near the ground. According the flighttracker.com webstite I checked during her flight to determine if the flight was going to arrive on time I saw that the altitude was reported as 23,600ft and the plane was due in at 2:59, ahead of it's scheduled 3:09 pm PST arrival schedule. My cousin is well experienced in what is 'typical' outside an aircraft, having served in a career onboard with Air Canada. Her husband is a retired career pilot with Air Canada as well. These are people who are well educated about what is in the air and well trained observers, clear headed and no nonsense. She has asked to submit this report. Attached are the photos she took from her seat in the plane. The only thing that was done to the photo is that she hit the 'enhance' button on her ipad when we transferred the images to pad to view and save. I checked on line to see if there is any type of significant solar panel, mirror solar collector farm anywhere in the So. Calif, Arizona, Nevada that would be noticable on that flight path. Could not find anything. In the photo the only infrastructure we could see was a small road in the foreground. Otherwise, the location seemed extrememly remote without any other buildings or structures. If there is any known installation that would create this kind of orb like brilliance in that region we are unaware of such.

The vantage point of course is of interest as only by air may these be seen (if  the Orbs are on/near the ground) - IF they were in the sky, one would wonder why more accounts don't abound - even from other passengers. Nonetheless, possibly impressive.
