As you know by now - all of my `State UFO' blogs have only accounts of UFOs that are accompanied by either photos or videos. My only wonder about this articulate and honest sounding report is if the person looked through binoculars and saw how `anomalous' looking this was - why not more pictures? (Perhaps there are of course.)
The person details how they saw this SAME UFO shape in the sky in the previous year and the one pictured below was also seen by the persons grandson the same day. Wow.
